With Love Bakery....

                         This ismy first post and I am very thrilled.I was skeptical about creating my own blogs because I didnt have much substance to write.I have read blogs of many people..According to me,blogs define a person's identity.It reflects one's character..I thought what is one thing that reflects me.It came to me instantly..Bakery!!
                          I don't know what bakery is to me..But it is something which I can never get bored with.I love to play with bakery.Invent,discover,create,recreate is all I can do with bakery..When I was in 4th standard,I tried my hands on bakery for the very first time..All I knew that we needed eggs,flour,sugar to create a delicacy which is mouth-watering to everyone..Trust me,my first cake was a disaster..It looked a sun baked brick.superbly hard and there were cracks on the top of the cake..I was heart-broken..My mom told me that its fine..She said try it again with the right proportions of the ingredients..From there on,my journey started..Even today I land up with few disasters while inventing a new dish..But my love for bakery is such that I cannot stay away from it for a long time..Whenever I am busy with other chores of life,bakery is hidden behind the doors,I know that I will soon be back with my "world of bakery"...
